We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter Operation Associate with the eagerness to learn the audience measurement business and to support critical production systems. This exciting opportunity will focus on the configuration, implementation and deployment of the new audience measurement solutions. The Associate will play a critical role in daily monitoring of our automated processes.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- TAM data processing, assuring timely and accurate delivery to all our clients.
- Maintain quality service by following all company’s service standards and processes
- Analyzing and resolving problems; identifying trends and recommending system improvements.
- Acting as a point of escalation for any data quality issues
- Support and maintain audio referencing equipment and assuring their 24/7/365 availability.
- Occasionally interface with local TV providers and broadcasters and their technical and commercial teams.
- Track and report changes to the local TV environment. Proactively escalate if needed.
- Maintain transparent communication with the Global team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, written and interpersonal communication.
- Participate in the on call rolling schedule service during the nights and weekends.
- Comply with the organization processes like change control, incident management and problem management.
Person specifications/competencies required:
- University degree in technical/scientific/IT field or equivalent experience.
- Passionate about technology and knowledgeable about the newest technology trends
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
- Base level of knowledge on Linux OS.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows OS (including MS Office platform).
- Good level in Network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP).
- Good understanding of TV broadcasting technology: Digital terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Cable TV, IPTV, streaming services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and within the team environment.
- Great communication skills
- Experience in an enterprise environment is a plus.
