We are looking for a talented:
Project Manager / Business Analyst
The successful candidates will join our 60+ team of highly skilled profesionals at Selerant, Belgrade office, reporting to the Solution Management team.
- Project Planning & Management
- Create and manage the required Project Documentation, including Project Charter, Project Plan, Effort Tracking Report, etc.
- Define and control the project scope and schedule in relation to the product roadmap and release schedule.
- Organize and lead project team and status meetings according to the Agile project methodology (i.e. scrum meetings, sprint meetings etc.)
- Own and manage the Project Risk Management Plan
- Requirements Lifecycle Management
- Working with the Product Owner and other clearly understand and document the customer requirements, and associated business processes and behaviours
- On an as-needed basis, liaise and work with business end users and the Sales / Professional
- Services teams to fully elucidate business needs and use cases
- Refine and fully document detailed user requirements within Microsoft TFS and provide clarity and support on these requirements for the Development /QA teams
- Support Functional Delivery
- In conjunction with the Product /Owner, assist in the validation of new product functionality within
- the development build phases of the project, according to Agile methodology.
- Support the QA testing processes effort, including development of user acceptance criteria.
- Support training efforts for Services, Sales and Marketing departments.
- Develop and provide PLM solution expertise.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of the full software development life cycle in an Agile project management environment.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software development projects using Agile methodologies, including 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
- Significant experience overseeing multi-function project teams, comprising Professional Services representatives, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA resources.
- Good experience in business analysis techniques, preferably with UML knowledge, and requirements definition and management,
- A well-balanced business/technical background:
- Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
- Ability to work in collaboration with the Product Owners and collaborate with customers to provide solutions of high business value
- Educated to degree level in Computer Sciences or similar
- Ideally, the job holder will have some professional qualifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP) and/or Business Analysis (e.g. ISEB) a plus.

- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools, including Microsoft TFS, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and all Office Tools
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Willing to travel
