Project Manager Coordinator

About your Role
As a Project Manager Coordinator in our Advanced Infrastructure Services team, your great part will be to:
- Create and execute complex project work plans, scope, budget and timelines in order to deliver project that meets customers and business needs and meet changing needs and requirements of the project
- Assess and evaluate project risks propose and implement mitigation activities in order to minimize them, monitor and control the probability and impact of unfortunate events affecting the project realization
- Create and monitor all project documentation for completeness and for version control in order to comply with customers’ requirements as defined in project(s)/contract(s)/CR’s
- Monitor and ensure that project are executed according to Project Budget/P&L and Project Plan in order to meet customers and business needs and meet changing needs and requirements of the project
- Create project reports and presentations in order to provide relevant information to projects stakeholders and customers
- Plan and manage resources in terms of people, materials, equipment, facilities and time allocated to specific projects or tasks and works with all functions to assign individual responsibilities in order to meet customers and business needs
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders in order to meet customers and business needs
- Provide support for all respective operations in order to generate new opportunity for business development and increase business effectiveness
About you
- You have 3+ years of experience as Project Manager
- Your experience in managing IT projects in software and infrastructure will be considered as advantage
- You have minimum 3 projects delivered with the budget at least 100K EUR each
- Your PMP or Prince 2 certificate will be considered as an advantage
- You hold University Degree in Technical, Engineering, Mathematics, Information System or other equivalent
- You are fluent in English
- You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
- You have strong presentation, negotiation and time management skills
- You are a good team player and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing
