Position overview:
Position is open to all EMEA applicants.
The Leader Information system transformation is responsible for the development of an integrated management system of standard processes and best practices across all functions and locations within Ball Aerosol division. The position will lead major initiatives/projects connected to our Information system transformation with a final objective to harmonize and improve our overall key processes. A first major initiative will be to lead the project business team into SAP 4 Hana project implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribution to increase the processes efficiency, productivity of the Aerosol division by establishing and overseeing guidelines meant to standardize work across all functions.
- Utilize Lean Enterprise tools to strengthen the continuous improvement culture at all locations
- Identifying the processes to optimize the performance of the division into multiple workstream (Supply Chain, finance, commercial, operations), with refined and enhanced IT solution designs based on industry standards and global best practices.
- Aligning with the different Aerosol functions and global corporate resources on business priorities and process improvement opportunities and coordinates resources and capital deployment to achieve the project key milestones.
- Documenting the processes with the adequate resources in line with the SOX or Internal audit requirements to ensure the overall compliance.
- Identifying the right information systems, applications to be deployed across the division and ensure the coordination with the different stakeholders to make it happened.
- Identifying the potential processes that can be transferred to the GBS..
- Aligning with the strategy function to connect the divisional strategy with the standard way we work as Ball for effective strategy deployment.
- Collaborating with other regions and divisions to ensure best practice sharing across regions and divisions.
- Project management/Implementation ERP/MES; strategic projects that are driving business strategy and transformation
- Leading and coordinating for the division the ERP-MES transformation systems roadmap
- Participating to project planning definition, coordinate business resources and work priorization.
- Partnering, engaging, influence and negotiation with the key stakeholders
Experience and skills required:
- MBA or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years post qualification working experience (preferably within a manufacturing and international environment)
- Business lean background and project management
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Desirable Knowledge of HFM, EssBase, Apriso, Masa
