We are looking for:
Project Manager
Belgrade
So, in short, we need you to manage projects for us, and we need you to be good at it. The reason for this is that, well, someone's gotta do it, and we're a bit short here.
Basically, you would need to make sure that the projects we work on are delivered on time and on budget, exceeding expectations in terms of business value and quality craftsmanship. Contrary to popular belief, our experience shows that this is actually possible sometimes. You would work on increasing the likelihood of this scenario.
Any kind of technical background is helpful, as project management in our line of work requires bridging the gap between the business requirements the project is trying to fulfill, and the geeky, technical, and engineering side, which makes that happen. Your communication skills, empathy, and consciousness of other people's needs and point of view, are equally important. This is what makes other people love you, and listen to you, because you listen first. We won't go too far with the personality buzzwords, and into things like "conflict resolution" and others, because most of that just comes down to common sense and being a nice person. And truth be told, that's the number one requirement for any position at CreITive.
Coming back to the business vs. tech aspect, you don't actually believe that these are two opposing viewpoints at all, as is commonly thought. In fact, you understand that when the two collide, it's mostly because there was a miscommunication and misunderstanding somewhere along the way, and that's where you step in to recognize that and mend it - the outcome being a mutual collaboration that leaves everyone happy in the end.
You are motivated, self-organizing, independent, responsible, and all of the other motivational adjectives that can be concisely summed up as - "gets it done". In addition to that, you're also a good writer, and you love doing it - which helps you translate the business needs into briefs and specs. For you, that kind of documentation is not just some boring technical instruction manual - you dance on the border between prose and poetry, and everything you write is an enjoyable read.
Most likely you have some experience with organizational tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or whatever - but either way, you've been using computers long enough that you'll be able to pick up any new tools pretty fast. Nobody likes those tools anyway, we just use them because we have to use something.
Last but definitely not least - you do this job because you're passionate about managing the development of awesome products, and a finished one is its own reward for you. We promise we're not trying to use personal satisfaction as an excuse to pinch pennies - but rather, this passion is the thing that makes you awesome at what you do.
We've been talking about you this whole time, but if you take a closer look, you'll see that we were also talking about ourselves too.
If this is more or less you, we'd love to meet you so you can tell us about the cool stuff you've worked on, and what kind of stuff you'd like to be working on in the future. We'll offer you room to grow, work on exciting projects, a friendly team that likes to have a lot of fun, a competitive salary and a relaxed working environment.
If you're interested in talking with us, you can upload your CV via the button under this text, and we'll get in touch as soon as we receive it.
Deadline for applications: 25.12.2019.
