Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Coordinate project-related tasks between multiple teams (Engineering, QA, Customer Success)
- Take part in the release cycles, making sure that all the deliverables are included
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project and team performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering-related field
- Project management and related experience
- Experience in issue-tracking systems (Asana, Jira)
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English advanced level
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
