Quality Assurance Engineer
to join our expanding team
The role will be based in Belgrade, with occasional trips abroad. The role will involve working closely with our internationally based clients.
Initial responsibilities to include:
- System and models testing: create and execute well-structured test plans and test cases, analyze results, identify and report issues
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Ongoing collaboration with both analysts and developers working on the project
- Setup, modelling, pricing and maintenance of financial instruments
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level with a strong technical/quantitative background (ETF, PMF, FON, MAS, CFA, IMQF) and will have the following skills:
- Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Understanding of agile methodologies concepts and tools, comfortable working in agile environment
- Analytical and curious, yet innovative mind-set and the desire to challenge conventional thinking
- Produces high-quality work to strict deadlines
- Ability to work with complex mathematical and financial concepts
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Excellent client-facing and team interaction skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Desire to learn
- Microsoft Office
Fluent spoken and written English is absolutely necessary as role includes direct and active communication with clients based abroad.
