We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team at BlueGrid. You'll be working on a cloud-based, fully managed security solution provider for sites, web applications, services, and APIs. Its unified and proprietary technology solution is fully integrated with AWS, Azure, Google, and Digital Ocean, and combines Machine Learning, adaptive threat detection, and dedicated Virtual Private Clouds to protect client assets from Internet threats.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, economics, or a related field is an advantage
- 1+ year experience as SDR/Business development in a fast-moving Sales-driven organization, preferably for a major player in the enterprise software/SaaS Tech companies
- Consultative/Pain-related Sales experience - Cold calls, Cold Outreach is required (Sandler/BANT preferred).
- Experience using - Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft and other tools
- Highly engaged and focused, time management, analytical, team player skills
- Native-level English (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities, map relevant stakeholders in target prospects / funnel customers, and generate sales pipeline by cold calling (outbound) targeted list of prospects through pre-defined call scripts, emails cadences, Linkedin and other channels.
- Engage with inbound leads on daily basis and qualify leads based on certain criterias
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to schedule presentations, demos for US/Canada region.
- Maintain and update prospect information in CRM databases - Salesforce, Hubspot
- Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Manager, and learn best practices and process improvements on weekly sessions.
