About Agile team: We are a small virtual team of Agile Masters sitting in Serbia and Germany that is responsible for driving change inside BDO in regards to agile methodology. Our goal is to drive organizational change trough agility, coach and mentor on agile methodology and nurture culture and growth mindset.

Job Description
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► You will be coaching Product Owner, Developers and Stakeholders
► You will be work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
► You will coordinate sprints, organize and take care of all key scrum meetings (retrospective, review, demo, daily stand-ups,...)
► You will support project teams in daily activities and ensuring transparency about teamwork and progress towards everyone
► You will conduct and organize training within Project and Business teams, coach agile process and leadership roles especially Product Owners and Management
► You will removing impediments and ensuring the smooth functioning of an agile team
► You will implement a continuous improvement process so methods are constantly evolving and digital knowledge is built (training/ongoing learning)
► You will supporting self-organization of the team & cultural change
► You will be ensure agile methods being understood and followed by the agile teams and the stakeholders (method expert)
► You will be ensure new mindset and agile working culture
► You will facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Qualifications
Who you are?
► You have minimum 2 years of professional experience in consulting and coaching agile methods and frameworks
► You have ability to drive decisions on methods and tools to be used
► You have knowledge of agile processes and methods and ability to tailor them to individual team and/or organizational needs
► You have communication, facilitation, and moderation skills
► You have knowledge and practical experience of coaching methods
► You have understanding and active support of change management process
► You have conflict resolution and mediation skills
You would be a perfect match to our team if:
► You are experienced in feedback methods and a pro-active feedback seeker and giver
► You have ability to lead team members according to servant leadership principles
► You have positive mindset with a strong problem solving focus instead of problem orientation
