adhoq is a digital advertising company. We have worldwide clients and currently 3 offices in the Netherlands, Ukraine and Greece.
Right now, we are working on developing our inhouse programmatic advertising solution. Our goal is to develop a system that can create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns by optimizing sources, creatives, and bidding. The role needs extensive knowledge of AI and machine learning models.
Technical Requirements
- Over 5 years experience in backend development and at least 2 years experience of Python
- Strong knowledge of data science and machine learning
- Rigorous testing experience unit and integration test frameworks
- Experience with distributed architecture or working with complex, high transaction systems
- Good understanding of micro-services Architecture
- Knowledge of Data Mining and Analytics
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to possible problems. You have a strong ownership of responsibility
Non-technical Requirements
- Good time management and discipline is a must. You need to meet your deadlines on-time
- Experience in leading tech teams is a big plus
