The way we work:
Game Producers drive the creation of games from the ground up. They are wholly responsible for the game, from initial concept through to final release. Producers also take existing, high performing games and upgrade, reskin or convert them for release in markets with different rules and peculiarities. A project can take anywhere from 3 months to 18 months, depending on complexity. You will be working in a small team of Game Producers cooperating with Graphic Artists, Mathematicians, Developers, Project Managers and Test Engineers from multiple studios around the world to create games for many different casino and VLT markets around the world.
What Will you do:
- Design innovative slot games for use in casinos and VLT markets around the world, and own the product from inception to release.
- Define the overall concept, including specific art and maths requirements, and explain these to Artists, Mathematicians, Game Developers and Test Engineers so they can create an immersive gaming experience for slot players.
- Create visual and audio identities of games with a team of Graphic Artists and Sound Engineers.
- Coordinate, guide and iterate on all the elements of a slot game, making them into a cohesive product ready to take the target market(s) by storm!
- Adapt and improve already existing games for markets with specific requirements and player-bases with unique needs.
- Worldwide travel will also be required at times to allow for market visits, player focus groups, etc. Our games appear all over the world, from Las Vegas, across North and South America, to Europe, South Africa and all the way to Macau/Singapore.
Must Have:
- You will have worked on multiple slot titles, either for online or land-based gaming, and have a great knowledge of the game development process.
- Good understanding of mathematical principles of slot games.
- Good understanding of gaming principles (Pacing, Anticipation, Flow, etc.)
- Ability to differentiate and separate ‘good’ and ‘beneficial’ elements of a game mechanic or visual / audio theme from ‘bad’ or ‘detrimental’ ones
- Ability to effortlessly communicate your ideas and direction to a a wide variety of teams, covering all aspects of game development (Audio, Visual, etc..)
- Ability to work with Test Engineers and other teams on finding quick solutions to production issues
- You will be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, at different stages of the development cycle
- You have a strong passion for games, technology, and entertainment
- You are happy to learn new skills, and improve those you already have
- You are comfortable conversing and writing in English
- You are comfortable using Excel and other office applications
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience in working on video or slot games in any creative position, either in organized environment or as an independent game designer
- Experience in working on games created in Unity3D or other game development environments
- Experience in coordinating multiple teams on creating a single product, start to end
- JIRA experience, or working with a similar framework

Our Recruitment Process:
We aim to reply to all applicants within 2 weeks of receiving your application. Our interview process consists of several stages, each one allowing us to get to know you better, professionally and technically.
The stages include:
- CV review
- Phone Screen
- Test – Game concept design
We will test your ability to come up with interesting and captivating game mechanics, as well as your knack for problem-solving and finding ways to improve existing mechanics. You’ll have 7 working days to complete the test.
The interview will be done on site, at our IGT office (or remotely via video call, depending on any Covid restrictions), where your math knowledge (basics) will be assessed as well as your approach to basic game design principles.
- As part of this interview, our game producers would also like to discuss any slot game ideas you might have, and after playing some of our games, we would like to hear your feedback about them.
- Candidates who successfully complete both steps are eligible to pass to the final round.
How long will the process take? Depends on number of applicants, usually 2 weeks for interview stage but we are available for additional questions or update on selection stage at any moment during process.
