- Researching cutting edge/even possibly non-public security issues of communication and IT systems in the telecommunication sector
- Driving development and introduction of new tools to address security issues in 5G and other telecom technologies
- Being part of a team responsible for growing the portfolio for umlaut’s telecommunication security unit

YOU
- Have a university degree or equivalent in computer science, communications engineering, or related disciplines
- Have minimum 3 years relevant work experience in security and / or software development
- Have a good understanding of protocols, architecture and challenges related to security, especially on mobile networks
- Are strongly skilled in programming with Python
- Are familiar with Project Management or agile techniques
- Linux, IP networking, Dockers and AWS experience is a plus
- Are responsible, reliable, motivated and proactive mindset
- Have excellent English skills
