What you’ll do
- Help to create delightful and polished products with your Visual Design skills
- Transform conceptual ideas into design solutions
- Create pixel perfect designs, from icons and illustrations to specification documents
- Display meticulous attention to detail and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Present and share your work in a compelling and convincing way in front of key stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects in an agile way
- Travel to our offices in Amsterdam and Łódź (Poland) on a regular basis
- Mentor other designers in areas that you’re an expert
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years of experience in designing software for mobile, web or other devices
- Master’s Degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction or comparable
- Ambition to help drive positive change
- Great sense of empathy that allows you to make user-centric decisions
- Strong conceptual and communication skills
- Strong design portfolio of software applications for mobile, devices or web
- Familiarity with best practices for UI design, touch interfaces and in-car use context
- Experience with Lean, Agile and SAFe software development methodologies
- Mastery in broad toolkit of Interaction Design and Prototyping tools like Adobe, Sketch, Principle…
What’s nice to have
- Have driving experience
- Experience of working with a remote team
- Solid time-management and prioritization skills with the ability to run simultaneous projects.
