ServiceNow Administrator
What You Will Be Doing?
You will:
- Implement new Service Management tool (ServiceNow)
- Design and implement service management procedures based on ITIL v4 recommendations and ISO20000 standards
- Analyze, document and manage requirements according to standardized methods
- Implement and configure customer specific ITSM modules in ServiceNow tool
- Continually improve processes and procedures
- Update, implement and maintain Jira processes and environment
- Provide consultations and implementation of tasks within the context of (IT) service management
- Work closely with Project managers, Business analysts, Software architects, QA and other teams
- Continuously work on improving your skills and research new technologies

What Do You Need for the Position?
We are looking for a talented, dedicated and analytical ServiceNow Administrator with Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
We expect:
- 2+ years of work experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Preferably knowledge of ServiceNow, while experience with other tools (CA Technologies, ManageEngine, Jira SD, Microsoft SCSD…) is considered as a plus
- ITIL certificate is considered as a plus
- At least medium SQL knowledge
- Some experience with reporting creation and configuration
- Excellent MS Excel skills, good overall MS Office skills
- Good understanding of web technologies like HTML and JavaScript
