The SharePoint Functional Administrator is the site technical expert of the Family Links Website & the Family Links Extranet and promotes the policies and best practices established by the Product Manager based in Geneva, Switzerland.
The SharePoint Functional Administrator works in close cooperation with the Product Manager on furthering opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate business processes. He/she leverages these platforms to create and configure solutions that allow business users to conduct their activities and supports these solutions by reporting defects and implementing enhancements.
The Belgrade Shared Service Center is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:
SharePoint Functional Administrator
(location Belgrade)
MAIN TASKS
- Responsible as a Single Point of Contact for user support requests. Act as a first line of support for users.
Creates and manages support tickets when escalation to central IT support teams is required.
- Responsible for the security and access of content within the Family Links Website & the Family Links Extranet. Regularly audit sites for content, security and usage. Manages user access. Maintains groups, permission levels, and permissions in compliance with security policies.
- Ensures users are trained to use Family Links Website & the Family Links Extranet effectively. Maintains specific training materials.
- Ensures central IT policies and processes are followed within the Family Links Website & the Family Links Extranet.
- Supports delivery of new SharePoint solutions and existing SharePoint enhancements. Contributes and supports definition of business requirements based on needs. Configures common and reusable solutions based on needs. Creates and Manages content (pages, lists, etc.).
- Contributes in User Acceptance Testing and regression testing. Manages test case, creates and manages tickets.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Essential Education
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT or related discipline
Essential experience and job requirements (Minimum 3 years experiences)
- Experience in the field of data management and information management
- Experience of SharePoint project delivery (requirements, design, build, test and implementation).
- Experience with service delivery and application support
- Experience with data quality control
- Knowledge of functionality and limitations of various versions of SharePoint (2007/2010/2013)
- Good command of MS Office Suite tools (Word, Access, Excel, Lync, PowerPoint)
- Working in virtual teams and use of virtual team tools (conferencing, live-meeting)
- Fluent knowledge of English is required
