ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a front-end developer with experience creating custom themes for Shopify to bring our award winning designs to life.

This role will be interacting with the project manager, the visual designer, the QA specialist and other developers.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Wordpress Developer will include:

• Developing custom themes to bring our award winning designs to life
• Custom theme development
• Ensuring well documented code
• Front-end development

ABOUT YOU

The tech stack and skills of the most suitable candidate:

• 2+ Years Shopify Theme Experience
• Excellent ability to convert design mockups into interactive digital experiences
• Demonstrated proficiency in hand-coding semantic HTML, solid understanding of JavaScript and building maintainable/scalable CSS
• Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions. Excellent time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Familiarity developing with CSS pre-processors (LESS, SASS, etc.) and architecture patterns like BEM, SMACSS or other
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

• Full time position (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
• Flexible schedule (with some overlap between 1-6pm GMT (9-2pm ET))
