Software Architect

Besides our subsidiary in Belgrade and our headquarters in the heart of Stuttgart, you have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere. Our services range from consulting and implementation to the operation and support of your system landscape. Our client list includes a large number of medium-sized and corporate customers from a wide range of industries. We use modern platforms and software products such as Shopware, AWS and Apache NiFi, employing modern technologies and working environments such as PHP7, Symfony, VueJs, Jira, BitBucket, Slack and Confluence.

To support our team we are looking for a software architect (m/f/d) full-time.

Your tasks:

• As part of your job you are responsible for the conception of high-quality web-based applications.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the acceptance and clarification of project requirements and their specification.
• Your tasks include writing clean and maintainable code using standardised software development techniques.
• As a software architect you are responsible for the cooperation between your team members and other teams.
• In addition, you will be responsible for your own development by learning new technologies and sharing this knowledge with your colleagues.

Your profile:

• You have several years of professional experience with the LAMP stack (or similar).
• You feel secure in dealing with core competences in various web technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
• You have knowledge of all aspects of SDLC and have basic experience with frameworks, design patterns, ORMs, RDBMs and NoSQL.
• You also have in-depth knowledge of development according to best practices such as SOLID, clean code and pair programming.
• In addition, you have experience with Continuous Integration and deployment systems (Jira, BitBucket, GIT, Docker).
• You have a hands-on mentality and distinguish yourself through your interdisciplinary thinking.
• In addition, you are willing to work with a geographically dispersed team and have good written and spoken English skills.
