Due to the significant expansion of our activities, we are searching for experienced SOFTWARE ARCHITECT to join our team in Belgrade. Our colleague will be working on architecting enterprise-class software solutions based on cutting edge technologies (Big data, micro services, ...). The goal of the position is to provide a framework for the development of a software or system that will result in high quality IT solutions.
We are looking for:
Software Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Developing high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
- Actively participate in hands-on development
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
- Approve final product before launch
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as software architect (7+ years)
- Proven knowledge of software architecture best practices and ability to implement them
- MSc/MA in computer science, engineering or relevant field
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Python, Java etc.)
- Experience with Big data technology
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
- Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles
- Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello, Base Camp, Slack …)
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- High quality organizational and leadership skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
