Duties and responsibilities
- Finding solutions from previous cases using the LMtec and Siemens Knowledge Base
- Working the life-cycle of a help desk incident
- Closing and re-assigning jobs
- Handling break/fix and configuration issues
- Guiding customers on troubleshooting
- Helping customers to manage software installations and hardware repair
- Monitor available tools for issues
- Review information and training available for first level support
Qualifications
- University degree in information (systems) engineering or equivalent computer sciences
- Interest to gain technical knowledge regarding company product and services
- Interest to gain for technical understanding of industry standards and practices
- Strong communication skills
- Technical writing ability
- Knowledge of relevant tools and applicable software programs
- Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical skills
Soft skills required
- Good Listening and Analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, ability to work in teams
- Creative ability and ability to work under pressure
- Must be Self-motivated, Great teammate, Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Desire to learn new concepts continuously

- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and German to present complex technical topics in a clear and structured way
