About the position
This role will be supporting the Solutions and 3rd Party Technology team on the successful scoping and implementation of multiple technologies within the overall event production. We are looking for a candidate to help us support our UK, Europe and US based clients on a shift pattern basis.

Core Responsibilities:
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Listen to the client to understand their needs and plan specifications while analyzing and designing the integration for clients.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and developers to identify and recommend system improvements and enhancements.
- Provide daily support to sales/ revenue by serving as the primary contact for internal engineering resources.
- Maintain internal and client facing documentation related to SSO and conflicting Grip features.
- Create and maintain SOW templates for use by Sales/Revenue
- Generate Custom SOWs to support Sales/Revenue to close new deals and gain new clients.
- Ensure Custom SOWs outline Grip limitations or assumptions to support Operations
- Maintain a full understanding of the Grip products to ensure top quality assistance for our clients.
- Review actuals to maintain accuracy of SOWs.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in the ETL development environment as a developer, systems integration specialist, or integration engineer.
- Experience writing integration control documents (ICDs), integration specifications, and integration ETL tools such as Postman.
- Proven experience leading on multiple projects simultaneously with complex integration requirements.
- Data integration or technical service delivery experience. E.g. ETL processes.
- Comfortable with large and complex datasets in a variety of data formats.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications quickly and accurately.
- Experience with using web-based APIs, preferably REST APIs as well as SSO implementations.
- Technical degree, related technical field or equivalent practical experience as a software engineer.
- Understanding the latest software principles and practices, such as methods and challenges of integration
- Experience with at least one programming language, javascript preferred
- Performed data analysis and troubleshooting techniques to enhance accurate data transfers.
- Validated external applications to connect to proprietary API so applications could be used within the live production environment.
- Address all types of problems through having a good method to use when approaching a problem without being ineffective, favouring or causing painful consequences.
