Hunch is on the lookout for a Solutions Engineer. Someone who works on challenging proofs of concept, consult with our clients on a variety of integrations that cater to their current ecosystem needs, and interface with a range of technical audiences including open source contributors to customer engineering teams.

Secondly, we believe in the purpose of making our customers’ experience better, while they gain more value from new product features. And in the end, we also create knowledge capital that makes developers’ lives easier, and are eager to support and assist developers to better use the Hunch platform to its fullest potential.
At Hunch you will:
- Focus on creating solutions that will ensure customer growth and closing new business
- Document our services and communicate our solutions for customers
- Work with our internal stakeholders – UX, product, infrastructure, sales, or our support function – to align our solutions with a wider product roadmap
- Assist our support functions to solve our customers’ problems, both in an advisory role and as a participant.
- Participate in our development process improvements
We think you are a good fit, if you have:
- Experience of working as a software developer, preferably building web services with Javascript (jQuery) stack
- Previous work experience with either Google or Facebook API is a bonus
- Additional knowledge – marketing, platforms, Facebook, Google Data Studio, DSP, SSP, Green Sock or TweenMax
- Experience working directly with customers in SAAS, martech or ad tech space
- Drive and passion to solve customer problems and deliver value at a fast pace.
- Eagerness to learn and jump into new problems month after month.
- Ability to self-manage and to relentlessly prioritize without overworking yourself.
