Engineer will be member of Endava's engineering response team and will be responsible for debugging, advanced triage, troubleshooting tasks, and assessment of product/component failure. In addition engineer will be responsible for suggesting or implementing solution and communicating it to other teams and customer.
Match your profile
- Experience with complex problem resolution where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of varied factors
- Able to read, analyse and diagnose: apps core dumps, logs, traces and sniffer captures
- Experience with relational database management systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle) required
- Familiarity with programming languages C++, Java a strong plus
- 1+ years of IP Networking experience
- 1+ years working knowledge of Networking industry, products and protocols
- Linux and Windows experience required
- Must be able to determine methods and procedures on new assignments with little supervision
- Ability to determine problems and deliver known solutions
- Must have proven crisis management skills
- Working with cross-functional team
- Good Presentation skills
- Strong documentation skills--to be utilized for case management, knowledge capture, defect management and training
- Good spoken & written communication skills in English language
