We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team at our Novi Sad office. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing system updates, and ensuring smooth network and server operations. In this role, you will be admin support on-site for our teams in the Novi Sad offices, and for our international team.
Your Mission:
- Oversee the administration and management of our Windows infrastructure, seamlessly integrated with Microsoft cloud-based solutions such as AAD, M365, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Remote Desktop Services
- Develop, maintain, and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the integrity and safety of our systems and data
- Actively monitor system performance, promptly identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Install and maintain the company's computer components and software
- Efficiently manage procurement processes for PCs, monitors, and liaise with equipment suppliers
- Oversee and maintain network devices and protocols, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
- Perform hardware upgrades and routine maintenance
- Maintain servers/VMs, and ensure regular database backups for ERP solutions, Nextcloud, Unifi, VDS
- Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of the Wi-Fi/Ethernet network
- Provide timely technical support to employees, effectively resolving IT-related issues
Your Story:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows system administration
- Proficient in Azure Active Directory, including identity management and multi-factor authentication
- Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Comprehensive understanding of Office 365 licensing, security features, and integration with other Microsoft services like Azure Active Directory
- Possession of industrial certificates (Microsoft MS-100, MS-101, MS-102, MS-900, MS-500, SC-300, SC-400, CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, CySA+, CISCO CCNA...) is highly desirable
- In-depth understanding of security principles and best practices, including anti-virus, encryption, and access control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and skills
