About the Job
We are looking for a highly-skilled System Architect with experience driving, communicating, and executing the technology vision. Our System Architects are technologists who engage with our clients and Product Managers at the strategic level to guide the technical vision of the product. The System Architect is supported by a Release Train Engineer, a Product Manager, and DevOps engineers. Candidates should have significant experience with large application ecosystems and Agile methods.
This job requires 8am - 5pm work schedule in the EST time zone and it requires you to be residing in the United States.
The Day to Day of the Job

- Decomposing solutions and systems into components and subsystems
- Communicating general view of solution architecture to developers to help guide local decisions
- Clearing blockers to the delivery pipeline
- Meeting with operational and financial stakeholders to inform architecture decisions
- Collaborating with a Product Manager to decide the best way to implement features
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience working as an enterprise, solution, system, or software architect
- Experience supporting and improving continuous delivery pipelines
- Demonstrated competence and positive leadership within an Agile framework
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to form and convey system architecture to teams
- Exceptional systems-thinking approach, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Naturally proactive and creative disposition
Job Duties
- Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solution and exploration of solution alternatives
- Enable continuous delivery pipeline through appropriate design guidelines
- Plan and develop the architectural runway to support new business features and capabilities
- Determine primary components and subsystems
- Establish non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, and usability
- Define and promote enablers such as exploration, architecture, infrastructure, and compliance
