As a System Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for service integration and management of multisourced IT services and integrating them to provide a single business-facing IT organization.
Freedom and responsibilities:
- Maintaining hybrid AD environment (AD/AAD), Office 365, (Exchange, Share Point, One drive, Teams…)
- Performing server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, analyze event logs and monitor resource consumption
- Automating workstation provisioning and deprovisioning (MS Windows and MacOS)
- Automating mobile device provisioning and deprovisioning
- Maintaining and configuring internal infrastructure equipment (computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, IP cameras, phones)
- Providing network support - support for internet, intranet, LAN and WLAN issues
- Performing routine/scheduled audits and backups
- Maintaining applications and virus protection measures
- Performing help desk tasks and assisting employees with any IT related issues
- Creating tools to automate daily IT tasks
- Documenting your designs and solutions
- Proposing, planning and implementing further improvements
What we look for:
- At least 3 years of experience in System Administration, Automation, DevOps, Integration or another related field
- Experience with both - Microsoft Windows and MacOS, basic knowledge of Linux is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange (administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft Office 365)
- Experience with managed cloud services and/or hybrid cloud solutions
- Experience with integrating different services through their APIs
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell or similar)
- Excellent networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN)
- Good verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
What will be considered as a bonus:
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Citrix, Xen)
- Experience with routers and network equipment (MikroTik and Cisco)
- Experience with integration of VoIP and videoconferencing services
- Experience with video/audio streaming
- Knowledge of some programming languages (Java, Python, Go or similar)
- Basic frontend skills (HTML/CSS and JavaScript)
