This position is within our Operations teams which supports our clients, the largest world’s retailers directly through maintaining our deployed cutting-edge AI technology.
This team will be responsible for the deployment and operation of services to a specific customer.
General Requirements:
- Good understanding of the product and technology
- Good communication skills
- Available to work on customer time-zone as necessary
- Available to travel and work at customer’s premises as necessary
- Available to take calls or participate in conference calls as necessary
Main tasks:
- Responsible for the success of the contracted customer
- Presents the products/services functionality and answers technical questions
- Designs and coordinates the deployment and operation of the products/services
- Optimizes the resource allocation and overall operations process
- Engages all company resources, as necessary, to achieve the expected outcomes
- Engages the technical support team for routine maintenance and support
- Identifies gaps/risks (early) and coordinates their remediation/mitigation
- Intervenes hands-on at any level of the system as necessary
- Audits the environment and the operation procedures of the products/services
- Validates the environment and correctness of the provided/agreed requirements
- Audits the health and performance of the products/services deployed
- Identifies new developments and requirements and coordinates their development
- Identifies resource gaps and participates in recruiting new team members
Role Overview:
Due to the technical nature of the job, the leader needs to interact and exchange ideas with project leads and other members of the team in a bid to arrive at good designs and solutions to jobs at hand.
He/she provides assistance to the technical director in creating and developing good project schedules. Working closely with members of the technical team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records
- Go to clients for project briefing, consultation, installation and closeout reviews
- Help out in managing customer demands to ensure maximum satisfaction, and to maintain quality over quantity
- Engage in the negotiation of customer job demands and specifications as regards to labor and material; and assist in creating comprehensive technical documents
- Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery
- Be up to date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery
- Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results
- Carry out other technical related duties that may be required
