Neto Tech, a leading provider of solutions and services for iGaming operators, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with their API integrations to our platform, and perform QA on the integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers with API integration to our gateway
- Address and solve customer issues through various communication channels
- Cooperate with other online platform representatives
- Handle correspondence with merchants and various third parties
- Perform manual QA of our integrations with partners
- Identify and document bugs and features
- Build and maintain the processing environment
Requirements:
- Experience in technical/customer support and online payment processing
- Experience with Microsoft Office and G-suit products, Zoom, Slack and Jira
- Fluency in spoken and written English – mandatory
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Passion for troubleshooting
- Self-learner with the ability to quickly learn new features and adapt to innovations
- Superb attention to detail
- This is a full-time job, working in shifts
