Telco System Engineer

Sedecom is the company founded by experienced IT professionals using German capital. The company is providing software design, development and support services for the customers in Germany. We are expanding our telco solution team and hence we would like you to join us.

Required experience and skills:

• Experience with real-time charging systems, including real-time rating and subscription management for Prepay and Postpay style of customers
• Experience with VoIP call handling and VAS platforms on configuration level
• Basic knowledge of Telecommunication standards and protocols (3GPP Diameter Gy, Ro; SIP and RTP...)

Additional desired skills:

• Experience with Application Testing and Change Management
• 1st and 2nd level problem analysis and solving experience
• Familiarity with operational principles of High Available platforms
• Customer oriented and independent working style, team-minded

Nice to have skills:

• Familiarity with IVR and Voicemail principles and logic

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions according to our Telco customer needs based on available Telco charging, VAS and VoIP platforms
• Design, deploy and verify solutions according to business requirements

Qualifications

• Computer Science degree or equivalent, three or more years of experience
• English (fluent in spoken and written). German will be considered as a big plus.
