Application Support Analyst

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our growing team. You will be the vital link between our developers and our clients—ensuring that technical solutions match business requirements, pushing deadlines, identifying blockers, and communicating updates across teams.

As an Application Support Analyst, you will monitor the progress of ongoing development, make sure the end product reflects what the client requested, and follow through until delivery. You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and client services teams to track bugs, test features, and ensure quality standards are met before launch.

This role requires both technical understanding and strong communication skills, as you will often need to interpret client feedback, translate it into technical tasks, and ensure those tasks are followed through correctly and on time.

Working language in the company is English, so strong written and verbal skills are essential. While we are flexible regarding remote work, we ask that you are open to attending occasional company events at our Belgrade office.

What we are looking for:

We hire for personality and train for skill. That said, the ideal candidate for this role will be curious, detail-oriented, and persistent. You’ll likely recognize yourself in the following:

• Strong interest in technology, with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
• Previous experience in application support, QA, or software development coordination
• Ability to follow complex processes and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• A proactive approach—comfortable pushing deadlines and checking in with teams
• Experience in software testing or bug tracking (QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
• Bonus if you have experience in team management

Bonus points for:

• Experience working in Financial Markets (FX, CFD, Stocks, etc.)
• Familiarity with trading platforms or brokerage systems
• Background in software development or IT project management

Salary & benefits:
