This role is perfect for someone seeking to expand their expertise in both digital and graphic design in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be involved in creating a complete range of modern digital design assets (web/social media/emails/app/videos/digital ads/print). Additionally, they will assist with design enhancements, offering creative solutions to improve aesthetics and functionality.
Key responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually compelling digital assets, including website banners, social media graphics, emails, videos and promotional materials, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Content Optimisation: Optimise images and digital media for optimal web performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions that enhance user engagement and brand visibility.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand standards across web and digital media, ensuring design alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve design-related issues, improving functionality and user experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging design trends, digital developments, Social Media channels, and digital design tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- 3+ of professional experience in graphic and digital design, with a focus on digital-based projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing current design work.
- Design Proficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of modern design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Understanding of modern Social Media design principals and Digital Advertising standards.
- Meticulous approach to design, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and precision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic web performance optimisation techniques.
- Understanding of user experience (UI) design principles and accessibility standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Motion graphics (Adobe After Effects / Cinema4D) experience a bonus.
