Following the standards of the PANDORA brand, regional positioning through a network of retail and franchise stores has been carefully performed.

To further develop business at the regional level, we are looking for an associate in the position:

IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring software, printers, and office network (LAN, WAN)
• Troubleshooting HW-SW-Network issues
• Setting up pc’s
• Upgrading pc’s
• Infrastructure and Services Monitoring
• Installing, configuring and maintaining-monitoring group network
• Coordination with multiple vendors in Serbia and region
• Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams installation and administration
• Basic support of group ERP system for all markets
• IT equipment planning, setup and installation in retail stores in Serbia and region
• Work on multiple IT projects independently or in a team
• Administrative tasks

Professional Qualifications and Experience

• Higher education (VI/VII) in IT or related fields
• Experience working with Microsoft platform (Desktop/Server) Linux is a plus
• Network experience (WAN, LAN, and  WiFi) Routers, Switches and AP’s (Mikrotik, Ubiquity, Aruba, and HP)
• Backup administration
• Understanding Cloud platforms
• Interest and aptitude for understanding technology and IT
• Project Management experience and understanding
• Willingness to occasionally travel (short travel) within the region
• Drivers license B, active driver
• Good verbal and written communication in English language
• Certification in IT field is a plus
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Desktop Support, System Specialist, or similar role
• Experience with network infrastructure
• Excellent Office 365, Share Point administration skills and experience
• Experience in Windows server infrastructure and virtualization setup
• Experience with system integrations: ERP, POS, CRM, E commerce platform and business processes in retail
• Bacis understanding of databases
