We're looking for a proactive Lawyer to join our Legal team and provide legal support and guidance on a wide range of commercial matters, as well as legal support to our Sales team and Legal team.

What You'll Do
- Provide legal guidance to the Sales and Legal teams on operational matters, including contracts, data privacy, and compliance issues.
- Draft and negotiate various legal agreements and documents within the Sales and Legal department.
- Curate and review legal paperwork and documentation that protect and support the company’s interests while adhering to corporate compliance laws.
- Guide the Sales team on the legal directions to take within the negotiation process with customers.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 6+ years of legal experience, preferably focusing on IT, commercial and corporate, or data privacy law.
- Strong understanding of IT industry practices, commercial contracting in the IT industry, and data privacy laws.
- Ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion to keep sensitive information secure and private.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in the CET timezone.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) and an excellent command of legal English.
