Job Description
►Responsible for the definition of the Foreign Trade master data process between Bosch Power Tools and internal Bosch Governance Division in close collaboration with our IT service provider
►Responsible for describing the business requirement of future Foreign trade master data processes such as Country of Origin, non-preferential origin, HS Code, Intra & Extrastat within SAP S4/HANA
►Definition of tariff classification process for merchandise material, packaging material, etc
►Training and coaching of internal user departments with regards to business process changes
►Perform and support Foreign trade test activities incl. the preparation of standard test cases
►Responsible for creation and update of standard process documentation
Qualifications
►Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics) with focus on Supply Chain Management and Foreign Trade
►Minimum 3 years work experience in logistics and Foreign Trade with profound knowledge in Export/Import/Preferences/CoO and special customs regimes
►SAP R/3 knowledge in logistics modules e.g. SAP-MM, SAP-SD, preferable in SAP GTS/AES
►(Sub-) project management experience
►Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and consistent target tracking
►Ability to think analytically
►Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
►Excellent communication and coaching skills
►English (fluent in spoken and written), German preferable
►MS Office skills mandatory
