This a REMOTE, customer-facing position.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer support tickets and questions regarding Teramind's software, capabilities, compatibilities, limitations, etc.
- Be a customer evangelist; listen to their problems, uncover opportunities, and offer the best customer care
- Learn and know our product inside out, build your knowledge base
- Work with the Support / QA / Development and Product team on improving the product based on customer feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting SaaS and Enterprise products
- Ideally a former programmer, DevOps or IT engineer
- Technical experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
- Understanding of architecture, migrations, and management of hybrid / private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
- General knowledge of Linux
- Some administrative experience of Windows
- Previous experience with security solutions is a plus
