Senior System Engineer

Belgrade

Requirements:

• Operation systems: Windows Client OSes/Server OSes (Windows Server 2003/2008/2012)
• Scripting languages: PowerShell, VBS
• Understanding of virtualization principles
• Other technologies: SCCM 2007/2012 and/or Symantec Altiris 6.9-7.6
• MCSA, MCSE certification – will be a plus
• Windows Server OSes
• Windows XP-10 – expert level
• Image deployment of client and server OS серверных ОС using enterprise management tools, MDT/WDS.
• Understanding principles of SYSPREP, DISM, ImageX, Windows SIM
• Understanding principles of WSUS
• English: Intermediate or higher
• ITIL Foundation – will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Solutions support for big European customers using solutions from leading vendors
• Resolution of highly critical incidents and problems related to working with OS from end user perspective
• Performing technical reviews of non-standard changes in the workstation infrastructure, as well as in related technological areas
• Planning and making changes of all complexity level
• Participation in OS migration
• Technical documentation writing
• Preparation and implementation of system scaling in the framework of existing architectural solutions for workstation infrastructure
• Conference calls with customers, might be business trips
