Software Developer - Angular
Location: Asseco SEE doo Beograd, Bulevar Milutina Milankovića 19g, 11070 Beograd
Your main accountabilities
- Software Design: Identify and design the adequate software architecture, so that the best quality relation could be achieved between the technical solution performances, design elements contained in a system specification and client’s requirements.
- Software development: Act as a lead developer on projects, - ability to work independently without or with little supervision, following the clean code standards and practices.
- Technology and solution upgrade: Keep up to date with technical and industry sector developments, apply existing and introducing new and approved technologies to develop solutions to assure quality standards and fulfill current and future requirements.
- Knowledge sharing and support: Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to individuals or teams, support, and mentor less skilled and less experienced employees, to increase work efficiency, create a knowledge-based organization and sustain a competitive advantage.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in software development in C# development (current version) with strong Angular (current version) skills and experience
- Container-based solutions development and implementation (preferably on Kubernetes and OpenShift)
- Development of applications that are both secure and performance-oriented
- Working as Team lead/Technology team lead with projects through the entire project lifecycle (from project and solution setup to the end of development)
- DevOps experience is required
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) experience is desirable
- You are skilled in problem-solving, and your analytical skills are on advanced level

Zamerke
Zastarele tehnologije, kao i projekti koji su u fazi raspada i treba da molite boga da ga pokrenete u lokalu zbog “njihovih” komponenti, sve u svemu mora neko u firmi da vas nauči, a naravno svi rade od kuće. Uključujući vašeg mentora… A vi ste u obavezi da radite iz kancelarije. Slaba komunikacija sa team leadom kao i unit menadžerom. Vaše mišljenje se uvažava minimalno. Slaba mogućnost napredovanja. Sama selekcija je trajala 2 meseca… I po mom mišljenju 2 HR razgovora od po sat i po, smatram da je suvišno. Takodje sam radio od kuće za vikend puno radno vreme zbog roka za task koji sam dobio u petak (14h) a morao da ga završim u ponedeljak do (15h) Takodje i ja koji sam bio u KDP sektoru, dobijao sam taskove iz drugog sektora… Bez ikakvog uvoda u sam projekat ili bilo čega :)
