Solution Architect
(Fintech Software Solutions)
In this role, you will work as part of the delivery team for Fintech Software Solutions and will play a critical role in the success of our customers, products and position in the marketplace in Fintech area. As Solution Architect you will provide advanced technology architecture expertise on decisions and priorities for fintech business segment. By analyzing and understanding clients need you will translate them into solution and be sure it uses the correct components and frameworks while enforcing best practices and lessons from previous experience.
In this role, we expect from you to successfully:
- Support the full project lifecycle - consulting, discovery, analysis, architecture, design, documentation, building, migration and production
- Support project engagements, work collaboratively with other team members, communicate effectively, and foster team success
- Develop an understanding of a system's architecture and be able to effectively communicate it with solution context to others
- Define working tasks for developers and monitoring of their execution
- Provide technical guidelines for developers on complex tasks and technical assistance in the implementation of complex requirements
- Collect, understand and communicate the business requirements of the project, and translate them into functional specifications and detailed test analysis that can be utilized by the solution development teams
- Produce high-quality technical design, build and procedure documentationCommunicate with the client’s domain experts and system users to identify business needs and opportunities
- Support clients during post implementation period
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within clients to enable them to be our advocates
- Participate in pre-sales process focusing on scoping and estimation and be able to lead efforts for new projects for existing account/new log
- Identify areas of process improvement that drives profit enhancement and client value and instill that mindset while contributing through others
- Maintain domain expertise in S&T and industry technologies, verticals and lines of business to help align client business needs to products, solutions and services offered
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in in computer science, engineering or an equivalent technical field
- 5+ years experience in technical roles, including experience designing solutions as an architect, developer or similar role (.NET Framework)
- Experience in payments either working at a Bank or software vendor providing payments services
- Validated experience in working with large data sets (development and design)
- Previous experience interacting directly with end users and clients
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to tailor messages to a diverse audience
- Experience explaining technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to varied audiences and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
- Proficient in query design, generation, and reporting required (MS SQL Server preferred)
- Demonstrable experience in IT
- Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
