System Architect
ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for System Architectural Design in R&D state-of-the-art Electric Mobility automotive projectsResponsible for System Architecture of complex projects in the field of Electric Drive Systems and Power Converters (Inverter, DC-DC Converter)
- Collaborate with technical disciplines and external/internal stakeholders to define functional and logical concepts and implement technical solutions
- Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand architecture deployment, and ensure bi-directional traceability
- Responsible for planning and reporting the development scope of the System Architecture during the project life cycle
- Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) approach including analysis and evaluation
- Create System Architectural Model in Cameo SM (or equivalent modeling tool) and System Architectural Requirements in Codebeamer (or equivalent tool e.g. DOORS)
- Check and reconcile System Design internally with ZF departments and externally with the customer
Your Profile:
- University degree in Electrical (Electronic, Power) Engineering, Vehicle Technologies, or comparable studies
- Previous experience with Embedded HW and/or SW development and/or system engineering
- Good understanding of hardware architectures/systems
- General automotive knowledge and knowledge of communication protocols in automotive (CAN, LIN…) is a plus
- Professional experience in the automotive sector is a plus
- Experience in processes and standards of System Development (ASPICE, ISO 26262, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in handling tools such as Cameo SM, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB Simulink, Codebeamer, DOORS or similar tools is a plus
- Dealing with complex issues in interdisciplinary teams
- Flexible, stress-resistant, collaborative, and communicative/customer-oriented communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
