You will play a key role in making our complex solutions clear and accessible. You will collaborate closely with the development teams to ensure that all technical documentation is not only accurate and up-to-date but also easy for any developer to understand and build upon. Your contributions will be central to creating a shared knowledge base that enables seamless collaboration across teams.
- Full ownership of technical documentation across multiple development teams.
- Be the bridge between developers and end-users, translating complex tech into clear, actionable content
- Work with cutting-edge solutions, including: POS (Point of Sale), Mobile POS for tablets and phones, Self-service kiosks and Hospitality and retail systems
- Flexibility to work remotely, while still being a valued, integrated part of our team
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Passion for technologies and industry trends
- Strong self-discipline and ability to meet deadlines
- 3+ years of professional experience (skill and capability are more important than exact years)
- Technical background enabling participation in technical discussions and understanding of documentation needs
- Proven experience as a technical writer, with the ability to simplify and clearly document technical content
- Ability to grasp core concepts and communicate them clearly and consistently across teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant academic degree(s) and/or certification(s) in software engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Basic understanding of retail businesses and their needs
- Basic understanding of any ERP system
