Turkish-Speaking Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Constant contact with Turkish costumers
• Support of existing projects
• Monitoring of information systems
• Generating Project Performance Reports

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Turkish at a native or close to native level
• Knowledge of English at B2 level minimum
• Knowledge of business correspondence ethics.
• Confident PC user (MS Office).
• Attentiveness, stress resistance, efficiency.
• Ability to multitask

Conditions:

• 2/2 schedule, 2 days/2 days off/2 nights (12 hour shift)
• Registration according to the Labor Code
