Stay away from this firm. They hire people, and then they are suddenly fired after a couple of months when the investors decide to cut costs. After the growth starts, re-employment of new people begins and the story repeats itself. Recruitment and dismissal are common in all offices. Employment is uncertain and not worth quitting at an existing firm. Emphasis is placed on fun and a good atmosphere at work, but only to make people forget they work under stress and job uncertainty.
