Our Belgrade office has more than 500 colleagues working together to fulfill our purpose. We have experts from Technology, Client Support, Accounting and Risk Management, as well as teams working in Investments, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR and more. Sport and fitness

We provide a 23 day gym membership through the FitPass program. We organize weekly recreational sport activities including football, basketball, and volleyball. You´ll have access to the Virgin Plus app to track your steps and workouts, and see where you stand among your teammates. And we´ll cover your expenses for the Serbia Business Run.

Education, professional development

• Each team has a budget to cover external learning opportunities including courses and conferences, all you need is approval from your manager.
• Through our online learning platform, BLK Academies, you have the opportunity to develop your skills, both in your professional focus area and beyond. In addiotion to that, we encourage you to explore internal mobility opportunities to grow your career within the firm.

Private health insurance

We provide private health insurance for medical treatments through Triglav, including a full medical check-up once a year. There is also an option to expand the insurance package for your partner and/or children.

Family & Parenthood

For new moms, BlackRock covers the salary difference between your contracted salary and what the government refunds you during your maternity leave. For new dads, BlackRock provides 4 weeks of paid paternity leave. For your kids, BlackRock sends an end of year gift for each of your children.

Health and wellbeing

At BlackRock, we support your well-being in work and outise of work. Some of the ways we do that are by providing coverage for flu vaccines, COVID-19 testing, private pesnion plans, live and disability insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through which all employess and family members have access to confidental counseling and advice.

Additional days off

All colleagues get 25 days off each year, regardless of their seniority. In addition, BlackRock also provides FTO (Flexible Time Off) which allows your to take off as many paid days per year as you need so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.

Work from home

BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 3 days in the office each week, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week; some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities. Beginning in September, all employees will shift to at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. We remain focused on increasing the impactful moments that arise when we work together in person – aligned with our commitment to performance and innovation. As a new joiner, you can count on this hybrid model to accelerate your learning and onboarding experience here at BlackRock.

Recruiter Conversation: You’ll have a high-level conversation with a recruiter to discuss the role in more detail and your experience and career aspirations. 

In-Person/ Virtual Interviews: There is likely to be a couple of rounds of interviews. You’ll have the opportunity to meet a mix of employees you’d be working with and gain a clear understanding of the role and our culture.
Offer: At the offer stage we’ll present a total compensation package, subject to background checks and other pre-employment clearances.
