COING is a unicorn, product-based software company headquartered in Palo Alto with offices in Serbia. Our story began in 2009 with one sole mission in mind — to help others grow. Today, we are more than a company. We are almost 200 people passionate about inspiring everyone around the world to expand their potential with the help of our productivity software.

Kada sam dosao u Coing, dosao sam iz jedne sjajne manje kompanije, u kojoj je atmosfera bila na vrhunskom nivou i stvarno sam mislio da tako nesto nije...

Kada sam dosao u Coing, dosao sam iz jedne sjajne manje kompanije, u kojoj je atmosfera bila na vrhunskom nivou i stvarno sam mislio da tako nesto nije moguce ponoviti u velikom radnom okruzenju, medjutim Coing me demantovao. U Coing-u zaposleni je stvarno na prvom mjestu, jako se cjene ljudski kvaliteti i timski rad. Stvarno sve pozitivno do sada o kompaniji.

Posle prvobitnog maila i CV-a, dobio sam datum kada ce se odrzati prvi intervju. Tokom intervjua bila su pitanja vezana za moje predjasnje iskustvo iz CV-a. Devojka koja je vrsila intervju je bila ljubazna i korektna, medjutim ovo je jos jedan dokaz da se iskrenost ne isplati, jer sam podelio svoje uzasno iskustvo sa jos...
Posle prvobitnog maila i CV-a, dobio sam datum kada ce se odrzati prvi intervju. Tokom intervjua bila su pitanja vezana za moje predjasnje iskustvo iz CV-a. Devojka koja je vrsila intervju je bila ljubazna i korektna, medjutim ovo je jos jedan dokaz da se iskrenost ne isplati, jer sam podelio svoje uzasno iskustvo sa jos jednom firmom iz NS-a u kojoj sam radio. Posle nedelju dana dobio sam ovakav email: "Nakon internog review-a procenili smo da nam je potrebna osoba drugačijeg profila, te bismo ovde zaustavili proces selekcije. S tim u vezi, ne bismo želeli da ti oduzimamo vreme, a bilo bi nam drago da ostanemo u kontaktu za potencijalne druge projekte u okviru naše kompanije, naravno ako se ti slažeš sa tim." Nikakav feedback nisam dobio iako sam radio u Epic Games-u poprilicno dugo i imaom iskustva kao Support. Uglavnom ne savetujem nikome da se prijavljuje jer je sve trajalo duze od 2 nedelje i ne vodi nicemu, pogotovo ako procitate i iskustva sa drugih sajtova.

Proces selekcije se obavio kroz dve faze. Prva faza je obuhvatala online testiranje relevatnog znanja, a druga faza je kombinacija tehnickog i HR intervjua. Online je sve bilo i u formi grupnog intervjua (oko 20tak nas kandidata u prvoj fazi i 10tak u drugoj fazi selekcije). Uglavnom sve u svemu pohvala za regruterku jer...

Uglavnom sve u svemu pohvala za regruterku jer je jako prijatna i izlazila je u susret sto se tice termina intervjua. Takodje mi je znacila povratna informacija na kraju selekcije. Mala zamerka je jedino sto je u pitanju grupni proces selekcije ali zanemarljiva zamerka.
