By 2024, DEC International has completed projects worth more than US$2.5 billion in the Balkans, covering Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Hungary. In 2025, the new Europe Operation Center of the whole Dongfang Electric Group has been officially established and located in Belgrade, Serbia. In the future, the Center will continue to deepen its energy partnership with whole European countries , focusing on promoting clean coal and natural gas power plants, rehabilitation of thermal and hydropower plants, smart grid and renewable energy projects to help the region achieve energy independence and carbon neutrality goals.
