The name FFTEA is an acronym for Foundation for Technology and Engineering, reflecting our commitment to strong technical foundations and thoughtful engineering.

Our goal is to build a team of outstanding engineers who grow with us and actively shape world-class sports applications—products that leave a lasting impact on the sports industry.

We work in an agile environment, using modern tools, best practices, and up-to-date technologies. Our development team operates independently and flexibly, with a strong remote-friendly culture. Every team member has real influence on the final product, paired with a high level of responsibility, dedication, and professionalism.

With candidates, our aim to be efficient and respectful of candidates’ time, while still allowing enough space for meaningful conversations and a proper introduction on both sides.

1. Introductory Interview (HR)
The first step is an informal introductory conversation with our HR manager. The goal is to get to know you better—your motivation, ambitions, and professional background. It’s also an opportunity for us to introduce FFTEA, Sporting Rock, our culture, and the projects you’d be working on.

2. Technical Interview
In the second round, we dive deeper into your technical experience, discussing technologies, methodologies, and your preferred ways of working.

3. Technical Task (Live Coding)
The final step is a live coding session (1–2 hours), designed to assess practical problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

Depending on the role and for efficiency, we may adjust the order, combine steps, or merge interviews when appropriate.
