Nimalo mi se nije dopao rad u ovoj firmi.

Klasična outsourcing priča, zaposleni nisu ljudska bića već resursi. Nema planske raspodele posla, kako koji projekat stigne tako se ljudi raspodele u trenutku bez obzira što su već preopterećeni na drugim projektima. Nema stručnosti, inženjeri su često stavljeni da rade nešto, što nikad nisu ranije radili, bez mentorstva. Čudna atmosfera, svako sedne za svoj sto i radi, nema ni socijalizacije, a kamoli timskog rada. Posluju po principu šargarepice, pa ko nasedne... Generalno loše vođstvo.

Prvo mi je organizovan tehnički intervju sa kolegama iz Rusije da bi sagledali moje kvalifikacije jer sam razmatran za više pozicija. Potom sam imao intervju sa HR-om i direktoricom na engleskom koji je po meni bio izuzetno prijatan.

ICL Services je ruska kompanija osnovana 1991. god. Ubrzo nakon njenog osnivanja deo ICL-a otkupljuje Fujitsu - Rusija kako bi se kasnije kompanija ICL 2007. god ponovo osamostalila.
