Na početku je bilo obećavajuće. Jednostavno, lažna maska.
Zamerke kompaniji
Na projektima na kojima sam radio, postojala je velika konfuzija i slaba koordinacija. Kada ste na intervjuu, prezentuje vam se da postoji nekakav timski rad, međutim od toga nećete doživeti apsolutno ništa. Ako se budete žalili sa najpozitivnijom željom da nešto promenite na bolje, spočitavaće vam se da odustajete na prvoj prepreci, i to im je samo je od sistema, kako da prebace loptu na vas. Atmosfera je jako toksična, kako i u office-u u Beogradu, tako i sa kolegama u Rusiji. Ocena, prekrižena 0.

Nažalost, ništa.
Zamerke kompaniji
Neuispunjena obećanja koja su dogovorena na razgovoru za posao.
Konstantno sabotiranje kolega iz Rusije i kompletna nezainteresovanost Menadzmenta kao i Menadzerke koja je u Srbiji.
Loša je atmosfera u firmi. Rečeno mi je od strane Menadžmenta "to ti je što ti je", bez obzira što svesno znaju i vide probleme na koje sam jasno ukazivao.
Od prvog momenta kada počnete da radite shvatite da je sve šarena laža i da će vas samo iskoristiti u najgorem smislu i pustiti niz vodu.
Ne ceni se zalaganje.

Rad od kuće samo ako imate sreću da radite na takvim projektima koji to omogućavaju.
Zamerke kompaniji
Društvenost nula, biće vam upućena primedba da ste mnogo glasni samo što ste popričali o nekoj temi sa kolegom. Takve zamerke su često bile ond strane Menadžmenta, čak i od kolega koji vam "misle sve najbolje", a isti kritikuju Menadžment iza leđa.
Kao vodećem Inženjeru na projektu, svi mejlovi su mi stizali na ruskom jeziku, mnogo puta sam skretao pažnju, nema reakcije, ni od kolega u timu ni od lokalnog Menadžmenta u Beogradu, a projekat je isključivo bio vezan sa Klijentom sa zapada.
