There’s no such thing as a comfort zone in the day of Product Manager in Insightful - which is exactly what I love about my role! However, it’s not all about the work, it’s also about education and personal development which is what our company culture encourages - take it from me, as I have recently gained a Japanese language certificate while working on some most interesting projects in Insightful!

Working as Information Security Manager at Insightful brings constant challenge to the skills, experience and knowledge. It really encourages me to constantly evolve and grow as a professional. Implementation of security in scope of the product, handling information security management system in scope of the organisation or facing customers’ through the sales process of our product, makes this role multidimensional and provides so much incentive to do your best. Team is consisted of fantastic people with great sense of humor, the company is filled by a relaxed and healthy atmosphere, which makes collaboration and working at Insightful an astonishing experience.

Having joined as a Full-stack Developer a little over six months ago, I can honestly say the onboarding process pleasantly surprised me. From day one it was clear what I was supposed to be doing and there was always someone to turn to when needed. The team is open and communication goes both ways, which I especially appreciate as someone who has recently started working here. What I particularly liked is that early on I already had the chance to contribute to work that had a real impact.

Besides from having to write a short “blog” about yourself, which is totally out of my comfort zone, the perks of working in Insightful are the ability to evolve as a professional, constant encouragement to grow beyond your acknowledged abilities within the team and great fun while at it.
