About us

Joorney is a company that specializes in writing immigration and commercial business plans and business documents such as investment studies, pitch decks, financial models, projections, and predictions. Our services are intended for clients who operate or plan to operate in North American and Australian markets.

The headquarters of our company is in Miami, Florida while the representative office in Serbia has been operating since 2015. We currently have offices in 3 locations in Serbia - Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš. At the beginning of 2022, we opened an office in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in July of 2022, we opened an office in Skopje, Macedonia. Currently, we have more than 150 employees in these 5 offices.

Flexible working hours

Having flexible working hours is essential in today's dynamic business environment. It provides us with the opportunity to effectively manage our work and personal commitments. That’s why we offer flexible working hours to all of our employees, depending on their roles. We can change our working hours every day or stick to a routine - it’s up to us to decide and tailor the day according to our individual preferences.

Hybrid workplace

When it comes to work location, we have two options: working from the office or working remotely.
Whether you reside in another city or simply prefer the comfort of working from home, our remote option is an ideal fit, allowing you to work from anywhere around the world. Even if you decide to work from home, that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to visit the office. Our hybrid workplace policy permits you to visit the office and spend time with teammates whenever you want - without any limitations on office attendance.
In addition to that, all our office-based employees receive 50 remote workdays per year, providing them with the flexibility to work from home as needed.

Education and professional development

We understand the importance of a well-structured onboarding program. That’s why we pay special attention to providing new hires with comprehensive initial training and all the support they need to feel confident in their roles. Additionally, we offer supplemental training and extra activities to team members who show an interest in expanding their knowledge or engaging in different tasks.

Tracking our employees' professional development and performance is of utmost importance. Therefore, we frequently organize performance reviews to provide and receive feedback, reflect on the previous period, and set upcoming goals.

Private health insurance

In addition to the mandatory public health coverage, all team members receive private health insurance after 6 months of employment. This insurance covers health services and examinations at private healthcare facilities for both the employee and their immediate family members. Moreover, it includes the annual medical check-up.

Team-building

We enjoy spending time together, which is why we organize team-building activities on a quarterly basis. Each team has the freedom to decide how they intend to spend their team-building time, whether it’s participating in a cocktail/culinary/art workshop, engaging in archery or horse riding, or simply wining and dining at fancy restaurants. One thing is certain: we know how to have fun and promise you memorable times! 😀 Fostering companionship and collaboration is a key part of our culture, which is why we embrace every opportunity to bond and share experiences.

Awards and gifts

Your dedication and effort won’t go unnoticed at Joorney! We aim to acknowledge personal contributions through the Employee of the Month awards. We particularly enjoy honoring our team members’ work anniversaries and holidays with unique presents.

When recruiting new candidates, we encourage our employees to recommend a person whom they believe would fit our company culture and the specific role. If the person you recommend is hired and remains with the company for at least six months, you will receive a referral bonus.

Family and parenthood

We support our team members on their journey to parenthood, as well as colleagues with families. We understand the importance of not missing important life events, so you will receive paid time off to be with your little one on their first day at school.

Furthermore, we honor the birth of your baby by presenting you with a gift voucher for this significant event.

At Christmas time, we organize a special event for our young ones, accompanied by gifts and vouchers.

Additional vacation days

In addition to 20 days of paid vacation, you’ll receive an extra vacation day for every two years of your employment at Joorney.
