Education, professional development

Uros is Principal developer in Learnupon in which he gained most of his experience
through a wide array of projects he was involved in. He is actively working on
minimizing technical debt and if you ever need advice on tests or code design, he is
your go-to guy. No matter the schedule, he always finds time to help others and he
enjoys mentoring and promoting clean code. During his time in Learnupon he
became a “travel addict” and he is working towards visiting every continent in the

I've been in the software quality assurance industry for a long time, but in
LearnUpon I feel like I have support and an opportunity to reach my full
potential. We all grow together here, learn from each other, and nurture
co-elevating relationships. I think it's a privilege to work with so many smart,
skilled, and above all good and positive people, from diverse teams. Although
the work sometimes is demanding and challenging, I always have a healthy
balance between work and a personal life, so I always have time for my family,
working out, or playing chess in my spare time.
Vuk is a developer at LearnUpon since 2020.
The number one thing he loves at this company are the people. "The level of
attention that my colleagues have given me since day 1 was just amazing. I
never felt left alone and I could always ask questions." says Vuk. Apart from
work, he enjoys hanging out with friends, playing sports and reading. Also, Vuk

Product Operations Manager
Jovana runs the Product Operations team in LearnUpon. Her main focus is on
establishing efficient communication between the Product team and the rest
of the organisation as well as enhancing processes and tools our genius
Product Managers use while building LearnUpon platform. Working with
remote teams and people from different countries gives her a chance to learn
about their culture and ways of work which is a great plus for development of
her international career. Outside of work you can find her either practicing
sword fighting, playing some board games or DnD. Pub quizzes are also her
cup of tea and she often runs fun games for our colleagues as well.
